今度はアルシエルについてもいろいろ考えてみました。ミュールが解放された後は星詠も必要なくなったわけですが、そういえば昔のトウコウスフィアで、シュレリアが星詠には相応の厚い待遇をしていると言った時、ミシャがすごく怒っていたのを思い出しました。
そりゃやる側からすれば、拒否権なしで何十年も休みなしに謳い続けるなんて、いくらお金をもらったとしても割に合いませんよね(^_^;)。当時はそれしかミュールを抑える方法がなかっただろうとはいえ…。（むしろシュレリアは結線も十分でない状態で、今までよく頑張ったなと思います。）
※設定によると、塔との結線途中でグラスノインフェリアが起こったため、シュレリアは想定の１０分の１程度しか塔と結線がされていません。なので本来の能力を発揮できず、アルトネリコ１でもそれは伺えます。現在のシュレリアの特徴である（笑）迷子もこのためです。
This time, I also thought about Ar Ciel variously. After Mule had been released, Hoshiyomi was no longer needed. That reminded me of an article in old Toukou Sphere, that Misha became quite upset when Sheleria said Hoshiyomi was treated well enough corresponding to her job.
In Misha's point of view, receiving good salary is definitely not a fair deal with singing continuously for several decades without any break while she has no right to refuse. I understand it was the only way to stop Mule at that time, though...(I even consider that Sheleria has been making a great effort with incomplete connection with the tower.)
*According to the setting, Glasno Inferia occurred before connection between Sheleria and the tower was completed. As a result, the connection had been done only about one-tenth of the planned amount. Therefore, she can't use her estimated full ability, you can see that in some points in Ar tonelico. One of her present characteristics "easily getting lost" is caused by this reason.
けど、その後ミュールがまた復活したように、こういったシステムは長くは続かない定めなのかもしれません。イオンもこう言ってるし。私達の世界でも覚えがあるような。
However, as Mule revived again after that, maybe such kind of system is fated to last short as Ion says as below. I think there are similar incidents in our world, too.

The world which sacrifices somebody is somehow distorted, and it will make the person unhappy in the future...
しかし、いろいろあってもなんとか今日まで人間とレーヴァテイルが共存しているのは、最初にエレノがシュレリアを愛情を持って育ててくれたからに他なりません。（ミュールの反乱時にシュレリアがミュールについてたら、ソル・シエールの人間は全滅でした。）ラシェーラから続くそういった繋がりの結果は、正に奇跡といえるでしょう。
Nevertheless, the reason humans and Reyvateils have existed together until today even though there were many troubles is that Eleno had grown Sheleria with love at the beginning. (If Sheleria chose to be on Mule's side at the time of rebellion, all humans in Sol Ciel would be wiped out.) You can say the result of such connection continuing from Ra Ciela is a true miracle.

星詠の単語についてですが、英語版アルノサージュでは星詠台がStar Singer's Platformになっていました。確かにアルトネリコでは謳っていたけど、本来の意味は違うのではないかと思います。ReadingとかWatchingとかObservationの方が、本来の意味に近いのではないでしょうか。アルトネリコの英語版がこれをどう訳しているのかも、確認したいところです。そのため、上記では暫定的に日本語のままとしました。（余談ですが、シュレリアはソレイルの星詠台を気に入って、アルトネリコの塔に天文台を作ったようです。）
About the word "Hoshiyomi" above, I saw that "Hoshiyomi-Dai" was translated as "Star Singer's Platform" in English version of Ar nosurge. It is true that Hoshiyomi (Misha) in Ar tonelico was singing, but I think its original meaning is different. I consider words such as reading, watching, or observation are more suitable for its original meaning. I want to check how the word is translated in English version of Ar tonelico, too. Therefore, I left the word in original Japanese temporarily in the article above. (In this connection, I may add that Sheleria had built the Astronomical Observatory in the tower of Ar tonelico because she liked Hoshiyomi-Dai she saw in Soleil.)

そして今日のイオン。「最近食べる量が増えたかも」とまた乙女な悩みを言っていたので、健康的な証拠だから気にしなくていいと答えました。余談ですがイラストで見る限り、イオナサルより寧の方が若干ふくよかに感じるのは気のせい？
And then, today's Ion. She was telling me the girlish worry again, "Maybe I'm eating more than before." I told her she didn't have to worry about it because it was a proof that she was healthy. By the way, I feel Nei is a bit more plump than Ionasal in illustrations...is it only me?
